Q. I'm having trouble logging into one of the library databases.


Off-campus users must log in to the library's subscription databases through the proxy server. The login screen should look like the attached image. Log in with your Johnson University email address and password. If you have trouble logging in, please contact the IT department at comp @ johnsonu.edu.

If you don't see the proxy login screen, check that you're using the database links on the library's website or on the A-Z Databases LibGuide.

If you've followed the steps above and you're still having access problems, please contact the library. Attaching screenshots to your email may help us solve your access problem more quickly.
